We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or external factors ( weather conditions) are not eligible.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  3. Return the item to the provided address using a reliable courier service.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your request accordingly.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be eligible for a refund, which will be processed within 3 business days after item inspection.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items
